The header was copy-pasted from sibling mtp.yml and never updated after the
MTP drafter was removed, so it described a config this file isn't:
- two Status: lines (banner said Experimental, profile block said Production);
the enum requires exactly one
- Drafter: MTP n=3 — wrong; --speculative-config is absent, which is the
entire point of this arm
- Quality: 109/150 attributed to this variant, but measured WITH MTP on
mtp.yml (jesse #594) — a stale number one promotion away from shipping
- prose repeated the MTP-on claim and quoted 83/108 as if it described
this compose
Status stays 🧪 Experimental and the file stays ungated: :8013 has never been
booted and no bench exists for this arm. Getting that bench is the open task —
it is also what DUAL_CARD.md:22 needs, since its 83/108 max-tier row was
measured with MTP and no longer describes what we ship post-#710.
