Centralizes BEELLAMA_IMAGE injection (engine install.spec, one-line bump) at Anbeeld's official server-cuda-v0.3.0 tag + adds scripts/beellama-pin-bump.sh (manual, no auto-push). Catalog: q8kxl weights variants, 3 registry entries, beellama-local +mtp_gguf, unsloth-mtp-gguf engine_type fix. Also a stale test-model-default-resolver fix + UPSTREAM.md row 38. Gate 41/41.
