The daily budget stopped the session outright, so a spent budget meant no play
until midnight. It now asks in the bot's console first: typing 'yes' + Enter
within daily_budget_prompt_timeout_s (60s) adds daily_budget_extension_h (1h)
to TODAY's budget and the bot keeps going; the prompt repeats at the end of
each further game.
No console, no answer in time, or any other answer stops as before, so an
unattended bot still honours the cap. grant_daily_extension is the only path
that can raise a persisted daily budget - restarts still cannot.
