## Available Tools

### [Voice Surface](./voice-surface/) 🎤

Local voice interface for OpenClaw - push-to-talk web UI with full speech-to-text and text-to-speech pipeline.

**Features:**

- Push-to-talk browser interface (mouse, touch, spacebar)
- Full audio pipeline: STT → Agent → TTS
- Token-based authentication for owner-only access
- Systemd service support for persistent deployment
- Works on Linux (tested on Ubuntu 24.04)

**Quick Start:**

```bash
cd voice-surface
pnpm install
./run.sh
```

When adding a new tool:

1. Create a dedicated directory under `tools/`
2. Include a README.md with:
   - Purpose and features
   - Installation instructions
   - Usage examples
   - Dependencies
3. Add entry to this index
4. Update CHANGELOG.md if user-facing

## Guidelines

- Keep tools self-contained
- Document dependencies clearly
- Provide run scripts where appropriate
- Follow the repository coding style
- Add tests when feasible
