- Compressed backend/combined.log (87MB) → 4.7MB
- Compressed backend/error.log (86MB) → 4.6MB
- Compressed archive/logs/combined.log (204MB) → 3.0MB
- Removed core dump (1.1GB)
- Updated .gitignore to prevent future large files

Archived logs in .archived_logs/ directory
Ready for GitHub push
