Smart Package improvements:
- InlineSmartPackage.js: Add saveTaskToDatabase() to persist tasks
- smartPackagesRoutes.js: Add timeUnit and timePerUnit fields

Fixes:
- package.json: Fix playwright path to use local node_modules

Cleanup:
- .gitignore: Add test-results and playwright-report to ignore
- Remove old backup files from tracking (already in .gitignore)
- Remove test result artifacts from tracking
