Alex c4c622c1b7 Remove orphaned SQLite-era scripts ...

Delete 17 one-off migration/admin scripts that imported the removed
./sqlite-db module. None are referenced by the app, package.json, or CI;
they broke at the SQLite->MariaDB migration. No live code imports
sqlite-db anymore.
